Training Notes:
Deadlift -  Increase loads each round.  Sets start with a tough 8 and will finish with a really tough 6.
Thruster - Find a weight that will challenge you to go Unbroken
Ring Handstand Push Ups - Head touches the floor and the rings are 4" off the ground.  Your goal is a 1st round minimum of 10.  To meet that criteria you may need modifications:  Deficit Handstand Push Ups, Handstand Push Ups, Ring Push Ups, etc.

Good morning of training. First time ever attempting a ring HSPU. After a few interesting mishaps I got the hang of it somewhat using a purple band.

Back is a little off so I went light on the deads.

posting on Monday-for the record: WOD: FB, kept the weight @ 225, 8-8-7-6, HSPU on the 24"box + 2 red plates: 15-10-12-10, Thrusters 115, Pull Ups(chin over) got 5 rounds even
