Worked with sam and we did...
20rounds and 2 burpees.
I did FB with 45lbs and sam did Adv with 65.
(45 felt good doing 9. Could have bumped it up a smidge)
Thanks Matt for helping me fix my timing with the K2e. With more a little practice, they will be really fast! It was nice seeing the weekenders today!!
