Hey OTG!! Hard to believe, but today is my 2 year anniversary of my 1st workout in the garage.... i can truly say, what a transformation, both inside & out, and couldn't have happened at a better time.
When some parts of my life were falling apart, the discipline & habits I formed were just what I needed. The friendships that I formed continue to inspire me, and i'm thankful to have found such a community.... Thanks to everyone who encouraged me, pushed me, and put some much needed positivity in my life, ....... Love you guys!!

Congrats Patrick on your 2 years!! Great job today! 9:30 wouldn't be the same with out the " huuuh's" ! :) thanks for being so welcomig when I joined in May!

FB: 5 rope climbs, 96 lunges, 25 t2b, 63 DUs,, 16 burpees.

Used the 2 inch rope on my 4th rope climb. Really burnt me out but glad I tried one! still hacking away at the DUs but coming along.

Cash out was floor cleans and snatches. Used the PVC. This helped me with executing the movement. Shows how powerful hips can really be!

Good job 9:30!

Legs were on fire during those lunges today. Did a hybrid to try to prevent unsightly injuries for betsey's wedding Saturday!!
