OTG Get-Together This Friday!!!
We will be holding a get-together this Friday the 23rd in EHT at 6:30 (following the 5:30 WOD)for all of our CrossFit athletes and their friends. The 5:30 session will be open to friends and family who want to experience a CrossFit workout. If you know someone who is on the fence, this is the time to show them what we are all about! Let us know if you would like to bring something to eat or drink! Looking forward to getting the whole OTG/Off the Grid family together!

Well did this WOD last night because I won't be in for a few days. Rx'd - I think it was 13:13. Not gonna lie, a little sore this morning. Not to mention, did this 40 min after yesterdays WOD. What was I thinking. Thanks again Mark and Justin. Good luck to everyone today, those high hand power cleans were a b&*$%. Steve, you were smart to bail out:)

sick time arrow down. didn't make it in for this one today. kristi tried to get me to do it last night but luckily I talked myself out of it (with a little help from Rags) great time on it though kristi especially since your weren't even fresh but I'm starting to wonder if that even matters for you. WOD: 13:26 RXed pretty unhappy about the way it went down and now i have carpal tunnel or MS
Sup w-town family and eht cousins. The w.o.d for me tonight was 13:18 115lbs/95lbs. Felt strong and motivated as usually with the 6 p.m. crew. Coach Mark, I'll work on keepin those elbows up thanx for correcting me. Coach Brett thanx for the tips and the "sisu" reminder, that pushed me at the end. Momma Leelee I had the taste of roasted red peppers in my mouth the whole ride home, I know what I'm making for dinner now. Good night.

Rx'd 14:29 (but I'm pretty sure when I stripped the bar after the rounds of 95lbs, I only did 65...not sure but I think I forgot to put the 5lb plates back on)

Beat me down and I'll be sore tomorrow. Not the fastest, probably because I should have went with a lighter weight but I'm happy with where I'm at currently.
It's a slow road getting back in shape, but I'll be there soon enough.
