OTG Get-Together!!!
We will be holding a get-together this Friday the 23rd in EHT at 6:30 (following the 5:30 WOD)for all of our CrossFit athletes and their friends. The 5:30 session will be open to friends and family who want to experience a CrossFit workout. If you know someone who is on the fence, this is the time to show them what we are all about! Let us know if you would like to bring something to eat or drink! Looking forward to getting the whole OTG/Off the Grid family together!

Nick, did your girlfriend break up with you or something? Didnt get a tax refund? Lu Lu Lemon went out of business? Your seriously sadistic. Its only fair that you do the wod with us. You're a great coach, but I think today it would be more motivating to see you in the trenches with your troops. Just sayin.

I gotta say...I've gotten pretty good at double unders, but doing 150 in a row?? I am not sure how it is going to go! Can't wait to get in there at 4:30 today!!!! I'm sore from yesterday, and it's a good feeling after the past few days! I forgot how much I like Stacey/Mark programming..it's been awhile. (Not that I don't like yours, Nick!!! It's just different!)
If there is a ladder involved it is usually Stacey. I liked the WOD. A great time at 6 last night in W'town. It was good to see some of the "regulars" back. Bring on the Ladders...haha
Has anyone tried to take a bath in Arnica---just wondering.

WOD 15:51....started out w/ the wrong jump rope...dealing w/ that wasted at least 3-4 mins. ha ha.
Just kidding-i did have to swap ropes but i was welcoming the rest. Burpees seemed endless until Mark disclosed a better way to land on my feet instead of my toes-thanks for sharing that FINALLY!
Had a great time today-Steph, Gregg, Breeze, PW, Arrow up....all did another stand up job!
I'll miss everyone and be thinking of you all on Friday while I'm in Florida for forever. See you all in May!

sorry I had to run out the door for that 2nd bit of torture you wanted to do tonight, I was ready, taped up and then Rags talked me out of it. Thanks Rags for reminding how much that workout was gonna suck before I started it. Not sure I would have gotten through it to be honest with you, I was pretty gassed after today's WOD
