Paul do the DU's! You'll never get good at them unless you struggle through them! I used to be where you are with them, and I still have a lot of work to do, but I am getting better and better by forcing myself to do them in the WODs. Always had to use the box for HSPUs - but yesterday I forced myself to do them knowing it would take forever. Took me 9 minutes, but I did it and next time I'll be better for it.

I made these last night for today and tomorrow's breakfasts and they came out pretty delicious. Especially nice for people who can't get up and make breakfast in the morning....
Hi Everyone! Well I gotta say, I struggled through this workout.Wasn't able to get the DU so I did single jumps...felt like I did thousands!!!
Total time:17:12.
FSq 95 lbs.
At one point I couldn't get the freakin bar up which made me lose time but I got it up...
Great job 930 class, you guys kick ass!

Nick called a stop to the fight and ended my WOD at 20:00 minus 2 front squats and 60 DU.
Paul-Singles were not given as an option during the 9:30
WOD: 20:52 Rx'd ... my DU's are single-single-double (1), single-single-double (2), etc.

Thanks Steve, I am planning on doing DU for the WOD today. i'm sure i Will react the time limit but your right, the only way to practice them is duirng the WOD.

Hey Digger, we know what the WOD is going to be on Friday----that's why we call it freaky Friday. Doing that WOD will be "freaky" and fun!!!! Some people refer to it as a "chipper" not sure why because when I am done I don't feel very CHIPPER.lol
My only goal is to get done before the it times out...

I probably could have done the 155 but went with the 135 for some reason. DU's definitely need work, those slowed me down big time. One more thing to work on.
Can't believe I got a couple DU's back to back. Thanks to Nick and Leanna for the helpful demos.
Never thought I'd finish this wod, but have the scars to prove it on my left hand and left (ahem) you-know-what. Hard to explain those to my husband but oh well...

Great work 6:30 crew at EHT! Was really stoked to see everyone working so hard and working through the double unders. Tough mental WOD for sure.
