Is rx'd no abmat for the HSPU for girls?

Slick - Correct. The standard is head to floor at the bottom and full extension of elbow at the top. ENJOY!!

BTW, the NE Sectional pics are up....

Geo & others, The Tough Mudder just sent out an email saying they still need volunteers, they get to attend the post race party, get food, and free shirt. Plus guaranteed entry to next years event (still have to pay). So for anybody who still wants to go but missed their chance before it filled up, heres an opportunity.

Michelle, It has always been my understanding that the HSPU standard is full ROM, head to ground for men and women. What has been grey area for me has been hand width placement. Narrow handplacement makes the HSPU much much harder. Wide hand placement shortens the ROM.

No love for Joey O at the sectionals!? Like he wasn't even there. We'll have to send a professional film crew with him next year.

Visited Williamstown again this morning, but no one came:( I did guilt Mark into working out with me, haha. Getting him nice and sore for Disney. Thanks for pushing me Mark, great job with the hand stand push ups.

Although I did learn today Mark starts talking to himself during his workout... ha ha
