To prove I'm right...

"Alternating Tabata"
Burpees
Sumo Deadlift High Pull  65/45#

20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 rounds.
1 round of Burpees: 10sec rest - 1 round of SDHP continue in this manner until you've completed 8 rounds of each.
Lowest round of burpees + lowest round of SDHP = Total.

We all want to lead a 'healthy' life.  If you CrossFit, then you really care about yourself on a different level than others.  
Has anyone gone to great lengths to change their eating, sleeping, work, etc.. habits and rituals to better their experience while CrossFitting?  Is their spouse or significant other tired of hearing about what you're doing and how 'hard' that day's workout was?

I promise I won't care...

"Clean/Push Ups w/ a twist"

50 Squat Cleans 95/65lbs - touch and go! (you may rest in front rack)
Twist:  Every time you rest at the bottom (even for a second) you must complete 15 Box Jumps.
then:
50 Push Ups - (you may rest in the plank position)
Twist:   Every time your knee touches, one hand comes off of the ground or when you come out of the plank position you must complete 15 Squats.

In 5 minutes run 400m once, then in the remaining time, take 135/95lb from the ground to overhead as many times as possible (knees and elbows locked out at the top w/ ear visible from the profile).

Rest 1 minute.

In 5 minutes run 400m once, then in the remaining time, do as many push-ups as possible (chest to deck).

Rest 1 minute.

Score is total reps. Runs don't count, so bust a move.
