Push Ups - chest to deck at bottom and locked elbow at the top
Squat - Hip crease below knee at bottom and full extension of the hip at the top

my girl Gillian Mounsey came in 59th, not as good as I thought she would do.

It would have been a great time to sit back and watch these athletes perform on the level that they are on.

Hi from Abu Dhabi. I decided to stay an extra day...it's amazing here. If all goes well with my flights I should be at OTG on Tuesday at 4pm. Sorry I missed Cindy...although after 20 hrs of traveling and jet lag I'm sure it wouldn't have gone well for me!

So the first time I did Cindy was with Justin on my first trip to OTG. And it was a serious eye opener. I would have to say it was the most humbling 10 minutes I've had ever. This was back on 4/17/09 and I spanked out a whooping 4 rds + 5 pull ups. Ok so I was in seriously horrible shape 3 months ago, seriously.

So I was a little nervous to do Cindy tonight because I was unsure of how far I had gone since then, but none the less I pushed forward.

I did todays WOD a 10:30 pm tonight and I finished with the followng:

14 rds + 5 + 10 + 2

I was shooting for 15rds and I missed it by 30 seconds. But I have to say I feel like I finally made some progress. So Mark, Nick and the other coaches thanks I know I have not been there in a few weeks but I will return soon, maybe Wednesday night. As you know I do a lot of these WOD's at home in the basement by my lonesome.

Nice job Jim. My last full Cindy was a while ago, and I got around 15 rounds. My kip / pullups still stink, so I am not sure where I would get if I tried this one. Hopefully will do again soon.

ya apparently I'm a night owl. I just can't get started till the kids are in bed and all the school stuff is done. By that time it's usually sometime between 9 7 10:30. I'd love to be able to finish up sooner, then maybe I could get so decent sleep.

You did it on 2/9/09 and you had a single band on the pull ups and subbed out the push ups for sit ups.
