E this was terrible yesterday, only instead of the push-ups it was muscle ups. You should kill it, if your hip holds up....

This one was tough. I forgot to take my total reps before I left so I'll need Mark to help me out with that. I think approx. 144 using 95 lbs.

This was a good one! I wanted to take the time now to wish everyone a Happy 4th of July. This is a time that we should all take a moment and remember all the men and women in our military around the world that keep us safe, protect our freedom and uphold the very principals that this great country was founded on They are all truely heros.
