Good wod today. Hit some weaknesses.

95 lbs: 39/46, 38/46, 40/46, 41/34, 42/47, 41/33, 40/43
I think?? Know my worst round was 5 and it was def 42 seconds, but I may be off by a second on those later rounds. Total work time was 4:40 though.

95 was a good weight. Did 4 out of 7 rounds of double unders unbroken. Hit my feet as we got further in.

Nice work 4:30!! Frank-awesome job with the 185!!!
