I also wanted to add how much fun I had Saturday! I am glad I stepped up to see what the competition enviorment was like! Everyone did great! Thanks judges for volunteering. You guys were awesome! If I had to name just ONE Out of the 100+ things I learned, it would be the amount of power a no-rep has on your psyche! Put your full effort into each and every rep and make it count! So, I'm glad you guys didn't feel bad to no-rep an OTGer. Looking forward to next year!
Congrats Kristi!

Congrats to all who competed Saturday! Way to represent, I'm def competing nxt year and looking forward to sectionals soon!
I too had fun on Saturday! I hope my yelling helped everyone (in my line) burn just a few more calories on the Airdyne! Awesome effort by all!!
So, to see what all my yelling was for I hopped on the Airdyne tonight and did a 1 minute / 1 arm cashout and managed (only)21 calories! I should have been yelling in my own face! :)
Mary, *awesome* lift tonight! You are strong!
