Power Clean 1RM 135..I got 135 a while ago and haven't been able to get it again until today. Have to keep working on technique..I'm not jumping the weight up and getting under it..it's more like a "muscle" clean:)

S- 165 (10lb. decrease from last time. Couldn't get the feeling of getting power from the hips. I've been pulling early with lighter weight thinking it was helping me. Definately NOT when it comes to heavy weight. All I wanted to do was pull early and it felt like ASS. Frustrated, but I will work on it. Good wake up call today.

Somehow I managed to PR both lifts today! Yay!
Power clean: 130. PR by 5lbs.
Snatch: 95. PR by 10 lbs.
I know I'm super close to getting 5 more lbs on each lift. Just gotta get under it!
Skipped the cash out. Need some rest to kill this cold!

pulled same quad as I have on burpees... an audible pop is never good coming from your leg! good news is that i have some forced rest til sat due to travel... so hopefully healed by then

I've been stuck at 95 forever. It's pissing me off.

Stayed for another hour and worked on technique for both lifts but mostly snatch, I know what I'm doing wrong, now I just have to work on fixing it.

Hit yesterday's FB WOD today. Still avoiding the Snatch movement for a few more days/week. I really need the final healing for this upper shoulder/neck pinch to set.

The WOD was awesome. Doing it alone was NOT. Luckily Kelli G was nearby working on her goat, and there were people milling about during my 4min rests. Btw, those rests were a little lonnnngggg, Coach. Oh, and it turns out I apparently made a mistake when I picked my KB for the swings... instead of a 2pd, I grabbed the 1.75pd. I didn't realize it though until I was finished. Thanks Tony M... GRrrrrr.....
