suffered through the 139 then did the wod but with 1 minute rest instead of 4. (had to get home)
Used 225 for the squat at pace for 3 throughout the wod.

Doug... I was with ya today, bro. Though I had to miss the WOD altogether. I just got in the burpees, and I had to make up, too.
Just finished 141 about 20mins ago... and the furnace is still burnin!!! Damn... I even got a COLD shower immediately after! Sucked, but they're done.
Plan on hittin EHT tomorrow. Great work everyone!!!
