Great energy at 4:30 today. I was SO undecided on whether I was going to do Open Gym w/ Breeze or do Advanced or just do FB to see how it felt....so then Breeze and I came up w/ a plan that I would do 5 rounds and then he would jump in and do 5 rounds...but once I started, I really didn't want to stop!
7+9+9....I think that I could have gotten 8 rounds and may try again.

Breeze-thanks for motivating (so strict!) and judging me! You did AWESOME yourself!
Nikki-amazing amazing job! WOW! I heard you shuffling from one thing to the next pretty fast over there!
Kelli-you did great on the box jumps!

An FB WOD I could do.

Admittedly, took it easy on the WOD with a slow pace. Still getting back into the swing of things after the 3 week layoff.

Got 8rds + 9DL + 7PU

Better than the 7 Nick told me I had to get.

Hopefully, we'll be less sore this week. Couldn't sit down last weekend (you all know how that is).
