Ok I will NOT get mushy but some things just gotta be said...
Nick, Mark, and Stacey- I can not put into words what being a part of otg means to me. Its brought a sense of drive to my life that was missing. I think everyone can admit the crossfit in itself is crazy addicting- but the 3 of you (along with the other coaches Joey, Justin, matt, e and chelle) have managed to make a gym feel like home. Its more than an addicting type of training people leave there at night and bring this sense of positivity and pride into their lives and the lives of people around them. You guys have created a family out of some crazy m- fers and that's not easy to do. So simply stated: thank you for what you do and thank u for letting me be a part of it.
To the rest of my OTG Homies- so proud to call you team mates and friends.

Thanks guys on the pull up compliments and the support on the HSPU's. :) If I could start butterflying, I'd be unstoppable! Lots of work to do until I get those, though...
I did HSPUs for practically the first time in a WOD today. I scaled back and did 5 each round w/ 2 abmats and a 10lb. plate. Got in 4 rounds. Felt great to run outside, and I now know what it feels like to really be upside down during a WOD!
So far...no luck on seeing the games wod for the week. I guess I will just have to wait a few hours or find out in the morning...
Great job to everyone today! I am in awe of all of your HSPU's!!

I'm super f'ing pumped for week 2!!!! That WOD looks crazy fun!!!! Obviously I'll be changing may tune in a couple days when I'm laid out, flat on my back, gasping for air, wishing i had gotten more reps and wanting more work capacity. I wish the best to all the athletes competing and to those completing this as their daily WOD, too! Let's GET SOME OTG!!!
