Hey guys. I was researching some easy ways to figure out blocks and I came across this calculator spreadsheet on a crossfit site. It's great. Mark - I will solve this dilemma for us if it kills me. So delicious makes a coconut milk creamer. Its supposed to not...um.. "chunk" like reg coconut milk. also heres a link for a egg not sort of cream that you can just make in bulk and maybe put a little in your coffee, Just drop the sugar and the brandy? (or not) I will continue the search : ) "tastes like crossfit"

Maria I just bought the So Delicious Coconut Milk although I wanted to buy the Vanilla flavor I bought the unsweetened box.. Just tried it in my coffee.. going to take some time to adjust!
I had cream and sugar in my coffee this morning and ate a peanut butter and jelly sandwich with a glass of milk. Am I doing it right?

the coffee issue is plaguing me. the so delicious coconut milk is ok, but leave a strange aftertaste. however, it's great for cooking with.
