Take you by your hand....

"Slippery When Wet"
Teams of 2 or 3:
3K Row
100 Power Cleans 95/65lbs
200 Double Unders
75 Pull Ups
100 Walking Lunges w/ 45/35lb plates
300 Sit Ups (anchored)

There is always 1 teammate on the rower until the 3K is finished.  One person can row while the other is doing work and can switch at any time.  Work cannot be started until someone is rowing.  Once completed then the whole team can do the unfinished work at the same time.  All movements must be done in order.

No team name (we forgot), John, Andrea, and myself teamed up. We added 50% (not sure why we were told a third). We did:
4500m ROW
150 Cleans
300 DUs
110 Pullups
150 Walking Lunges
450 Situps

Finished 27:35, a nice team effort.

I love these team WODs.

We did 100 DU's. I did pull ups with blue and single and lunges with a 25lb plate. Way to crush the row Kelli! Sorry for slowing you down!

33:35 rx'd cleans and lunges. Red band for first 20 or so pull ups then added a purple my hands would just not grip!!! And 100 ugly du's!

GREAT TIMES GUYS & GALS!!!

I did this WOD today with a buddy of mine at work, but it turns out we did it slightly wrong. We did the ROW as explained, but for the rest of the movements, we didn't realize we were allowed to both be chipping away at the reps at the same time... so we did it tag team style. So while I worked, he was waiting, and vice versa. Grr.... we could've had a much better overall time, but all in all, still a great WOD!
