WOD: 10:09 Rx'd ... 1:12 faster than previous time.
Lift: 95, 105, 115, 125, 135(f)
WOD: A whopping 16:18 Rx'd. Go ahead Nick tell me it shouldn't of taken that long. haha. When we did this wod in Jan. I did it in 7 something with a single band. The stupid purple band is way too easy but god it's so hard without one. Oh well, finished it. Sorry Mark for having ya wait around. haha.

focused on beating Aug time of 8:something. When I got to my car, turns out my Aug time was 9:57-stoked!! Great to be able to compare apples to apples, but next time will go heavier.
