Okay so it was a bit light... Thanks Nick, for pointing that out. It didn't feel that light when I started...got easier as I got into it. Go figure! Next time I'll increase!

Lift: 65lbs, light yes but my form improved.

WOD: 85lbs(first round only), 70lbs for rest. 7rounds total.

85lbs felt great in the warmup, and then fell apart as soon as the timer started, oh well i got through 5. From that point on they looked and felt much better, but should have stuck to my original plan of 75lbs.
