Nick, awesome video & song (hint, hint!)! Love the lesson at the top today. :)

What are our hours on the 24th & 31st?

For my paleo newbies..

Primal Breakfast Caserole

Made this, and it is very good. I just cut a serving and bring it in to work as a snack, pop it in the microwave for 45 seconds.

Only things I would change are 1) sausage is too fatty, seasoned lean ground meat would be healthier and 2) I doubled the recipe, and I am going to have a really hard time finishing all that caserole.

Hopefully, I will make it in today. Life is messing up my schedule this last week, and I REALLY need to be in there with my struggling diet.

I've recently started researching and following the author, of that book, Timothy Ferris. He's a pretty interesting guy. If you enjoyed the video posted today, I highly recommend checking out the following:

So Kristi dragged me in to the gym today for the 9:30 class. It was a good class and it was good to see everyone again. I knew going in I was going to be at the bottom of the board today, but it's all good, I'm a work in progress.

Back Lever - Actually did pretty well with this. I'll have to work on this one more at home.

WOD - Not so great.
Wall Ball - 57
Pull Ups - 50

I did about as well as I figured I would.

Great wod & awesome job 9:30!

Since I don't have a few goats (I have a whole herd!), I decided to work on stringing and keep steady numbers.

WOD: 83 WB/61 Pull Ups...Total: 144

Kristi, that was hilarious! Glad I didn't drop mine on your head! :)

Did this Wod with Tony at my school before the big event.
Not sure about the breakdown but my total was
285
Huge thanks to both Tony's for making it in!
Event went well, people were interested for sure. Hope I didn't push them too hard. We'll see if they "get it." All good though got a bunch of people moving around!

Wod: wall ball: 90 pullups: 60 (red)

Skill: held two inversions, and managed to move my hips past parallel on second one. Inversions on the rings are really fun!
