Traveling for work so had to do my own "Hotel WOD" ...

- Did 3 rounds of 10 Burpee/Thrusters (w/ 25 lb dumb-bells) & 20 situps

Lost some strength in past few weeks and felt it on this one. A month or so ago I would have been able to much more. Oh well.

I initially started with 115lbs but that wasn't happen so I dumped it after the first round.
