Deadlift 315-345-385-415-425(pr) by 20 lbs felt pretty good. WOD 8:34ish still can't jump rope but did 30 singles slowly. first time actually jumping rope in a WOD so I'm glad i finished

Did some ohsq and snatch balance work beforehand, no DL today.
