Hey guys, I wanted to let everyone know that I'm doing a fundraiser at my practice. Its called Canines for k-9's. We're raising money to buy much needed bullet proof vests for the Evesham K-9 dogs. Today's front squats beat me up a bit. According to Mark, they were my battle today!

It felt like the longest 15 minutes ever!!!
