Double Unders/Sit Ups
Post progression, time and thoughts to comments.
Double Unders - rope goes fully around twice per jump (5x for singles)
Sit Ups - anchored abmat sit ups - shoulder blades must touch the ground at the bottom and torso is perpendicular to the ground at the top
(last done on 1/15/10)

Per our talk yesterday about deadlifting 315lb, 15 times. Depending on which method of calculating you use it says you can deadlift either 515 or 471 for a single.
Not that I would ever doubt your ability to deadlift 500lbs.... but like I said, high rep multiples don't carry over well when calculating one rep maxes.

First time with Annie too! Sucked royally since I suck at double unders but I made a promise to myself that singles are not an option anymore....so this was a first time in tackling DU. My time was 15:59. I gotta keep practicing:)

Yeah Chris, I know Tony, he's my boy! Just hung out with him a couple weeks ago. He's 1st cousins with one of my best friends growing up, good people for sure.

Made some progress on handstands today!! Nick got me to do a few flips on the mat, I kicked up on the wall, but I'm still about a foot away. I WILL get a handstand soon! (I know it's totally a dorky thing to have such a big mental block with!)

I was miserable to see double unders AGAIN and assumed I would have to do modified sets. But much to my surprise, I some how improved over the last few days and Rx'd the WOD!
Finished with 11:09, that's 34 seconds better then last time. I'll take it.

Jillian wants to be a CrossFit coach, Mackenzie wants to hang from the rings and Dylan takes his shirt off a few times each day and does his workouts! This is the best environment to grow up in and they live the CrossFit life!!
