If anyone knows a good way to make my burpees faster, I would really appreciate the help!

Also, my grip on the pull up bar really sucks during knees to elbows, toes to bar, etc. What can I do to make that better???

6:50 with 115 lbs. thanks for talking me out of the 135 mark, that would have been horrible

wow, 80 degrees for sunday, i was getting prepared to try to stay warm, looks like that won't be a problem. still wearing long skin pants for all the crawling, I just hope they dry fast and "wick" away mud. we are one of the last groups to start so the course should be pretty torn up by the time we start. the mud will be extra muddy and hopefully the lake will warm up a bit

Went with 115 today and finished with 8:10. I dragged ass on the burpees Glad I did not do 135, that would have been rough.

Forgot to do the L-sit so maybe next time.
