Back Squat must have full ROM with hip below knee.
Shoulder Press is a movement with no hip or knee flexion.
Deadlift is from the ground up with full hip extension at the top.

What did I do, I cleared a nice 910... no just kidding.
Today for some reason I decided to do a 5K row. Why I have no clue, maybe cause I just wanted to see what it was like. It sucked, but I finished.
So here is the question, I finished with 22:49. Is this good, bad, great?
