I'm on fire...

Lift:
"CrossFit TOTAL"
1 Back Squat
1 Shoulder Press
1 Deadlift
(Last completed 12/30/09)

Post each max and total to comments.

All one Rep Max's. A total of 3 sets for each exercise to find your 1 RM. Combine total amounts for each to get CrossFit Total.
Back Squat must have full ROM with hip below knee.
Shoulder Press is a movement with no hip or knee flexion.
Deadlift is from the ground up with full hip extension at the top.

Dead Lift - 225lb, totally stoked, thanks Nick for making me do it, I know it wasn't the most graceful, haha.

Wow looks like everyone did really well with their CFT today. Steve you're an animal with a 425 deadlift.

What did I do, I cleared a nice 910... no just kidding.

Today for some reason I decided to do a 5K row. Why I have no clue, maybe cause I just wanted to see what it was like. It sucked, but I finished.

So here is the question, I finished with 22:49. Is this good, bad, great?
