If multiple rep OHS kills your wrists like it does mine, I would suggest taking a slightly more narrow grip. Whether that is possible for you will depend on shoulder flexiblity...
Should Neosporin burn? I ended up with 6 hand opening after last nights workout. I have an allergy to antibiotics...not sure if the burning is part of my allergy or its normal.

Gonna try the narrower grip on the ohs Good looks Brett. Finished in 14:21. Wasn't happy with my performance today. Definately have found a major weakness in double unders. Gonna work on that. Steve and K-pop way to crush those double unders... rediculousness. Great effort by all today and a great time! Also, has anyone ever finished at the same time like that?
Fun WOD today and great job this morning in EHT everyone. DUs are a bear and its good to see everyone fight through them.
Finished in 13 minutes and some amount of seconds that I can't remember right now. If only I could run a little better I could take another 2 minutes off that time.
Kristi and Michelle, keep working on that MU, we will get it soon enough. I can taste it now and will dream about it again tonight. I think my testosterone levels have dropped. I used to have dreams about other things. Isn't exercise supposed to boost T-levels? Mayby I am just getting old

Great job 4:30 crew in EHT! It certainly felt like summer during the WOD today. Bambi, way to start linking those DU's. Jackie, you had that last round, but I know the wrist feeling, trust me. Get it next time.
