If anyone is interested today, we are doing a bike/run brick from my house in Williamstown. The bike will be a 20 miler followed by a 5 mile run.

Been looking forward to doing the sdhp/ring push-up wod. Rx'd it in 7:00. Malecki and Pon, you guys are insane! Great times on that one!
Rx'd 14:16. Burpees sucked. I could have been under 14 if I didn't drop the bar on the last rep of the first round.
75lbs - 19:59Sub 20's as Nick said. No cardio happen here at all. Must work on that big time.
RXed 16:06 Seem too be stuck in a rut as far as stamina goes, hope Mr. Mazzoni can cure that for me friday
