Been under the weather all week, so I rubbed arnica cream all over my body and I feel much better.
Thanks for the tip Nick! Arnica reduced by body fat by 8% and made my arm veins pop out too!! And my body is hairless now!!

Happy birthday Chris! Now that I know your 41, your times impress me even more! This wod looks sick. Tabatas are awesome because its easy to dog it by "pacing yourself", but then that voice in your head kicks in and all the torture is self inflicted.

I think I could have done a little more on the box jumps and squats. Went to hard on the push press off the bat...gets me every time!

I'm wondering if the RX weight is 55Ibs. why did I do 65Ibs for the push press? Am I missing something? Why would I do more weight than necessary? See everyone at 5:30 tomorrow!
