Seriously Nick, I've been thinking. This whole EHT vs. W'town thing, even though it's all in fun, is really your fault. I really like everyone i've met from down there. But when all you do is post pictures of them and not us, how are we supposed to feel? Who's gonna stroke our ego and give us cool screensavers at our work computers if not you? I love slick 88 as much as the next guy, but I'm not putting a picture of her as my Facebook status. And as much as I would love to tell people it's me, no one is gonna believe that I'm a Malecki. So really, for Matt Mazzoni, and Sisu, and poor Chris D.'s sake, give us some love. For some of those poor bastards, their picture on the OTG website is all they have going for them in life. Today - HSPU (1 abmat) ... got round of 5 completely then fell off after only 2 in round 6.
WOD - 25:25 substituting pull-ups and ring dips for the muscle-ups ... 155 lb. squat cleans were HEAVY !!! Getting SO much better on my DU's !!!

Atlee, Gio and I decided on just heading to EHT for more face time with the camera! Hoping to get our first workout down there on Thursday or Friday. Hopefully, the EHT will be welcoming to us; we come in peace!

Subbed muscle ups for the pull ups/ring dips and dropped to 135# for the squat cleans. Was glad just to be able to do ring dips again.

Rx'd- Mid 12 minutes & got to 8 on the ladder. Awesome times @ 6:30. Great meeting you Kev and Maria. That is awesome you guys drive an hour to get to OTG! Shows how sick it is!! Mark thank for the phenominal coaching. Double unders got 100% better with just a few words.
Time was 16:37. I did pull ups and red bans for ring dips. Rx'd the weight, great job Gio on your muscle ups!
WOD - 17:59 w/ pull ups and a single band for ring dips. 85 lbs on squat cleans. I think I may have been able to do 5-10 lbs heavier. Sometimes it's hard to decide when the right time is to increase the weight!
great workout tonight. gonna be really sore tomorrow. Not sure what anyone was reading when they described this workout as "deceptive" but it looked ugly to me the first time I read it. 75 pullups? never fun.

Skill- 2 RX'd, first time I have done HSPU rxd so I was happy with that
WOD- 17:25 (i think), sub'd out the MU for the PU and the ring dips. Thought I was gonna RX the ring dips but ran for a single band after attempting my first rep. oh well, have a problem with them but I will get them eventually.
Great work tonight 530. And thanks Mark for the coaching and the kind words after the WOD. Wouldn't have gotten better without the coaches at OTG or the people who are there working out everyday who provide a great deal of inspiration.
Taking tomorrow off, think I'm just gonna run a 5k. I was getting nervous for the mudder coming up in a couple weeks but I ran a 5k on sunday and it was suprisingly easy considering I haven't done any endurance training in like....I don't know
Any one think about what they are wearing for this mudder? I want to wear some type of long pants but is this a bad idea?
Steve M - still no clue as to what I'm wearing...prob some nude stockings with shorts and t-shirt...;)..and still don't plan to run more than 400m before the mudder.
