Double-unders for 30 seconds
Sit-ups for 30 seconds

NEW SESSION TIME FOR SATURDAYS IN EHT!!

Saturdays in EHT - There will no longer be a 9:30 am session - it will be replaced by an 8:00 am session.

Yoga is now scheduled for 9:30 am on Saturdays and a time TBA on Tuesday mornings.

Bummed about time change. Can't make 8 and liked Saturday's crew. Gonna have to do M-F. Any chance of a 10:30 or noon happening on Wednesdays? 10:30 Fridays?

Loving the time change! If my kids aren't out of the house by 9:30 they start peeling my skin off. (Or i start peeling it off myself.)

Don't remember the exact amount of DU I think total I was in the 60's and situps I was115- 117. This was a great way to force myself to practice DU.

I just gave blood for the first time. I didn't have any excuses this time...ie rest night tonight.

We'll see if the recipient of my blood will get an extreme urge to lift heavy shit and do crossfit...

So I missed yesterdays WOD so I did it today first. Not the best time I must say, actually kind of slow really. I'd be getting a lecture from you know who right about now. :)

I felt pretty good with the DU's I think I might actually know how to do them for more then 10 at a time. Now all I have to do is get my cardio back and I'll be all set.
