The blog is weak today! Since our awesome coaches haven't announced a new challenge for us, would anyone be up for one? Maybe a "look good naked" challenge. Alot of boxes do those. Or another workout competition(exluding the Maleckis, sorry). Any thoughts?
Tim and I have made up our very own WOD today....its called clearing 3 in of water out of our basement. :( Hopefully I will be working out tom in the AM. Miss you guys!
Soo, I'm trying to take it easy this week on my shoulder so I did front squats today. 95-110-110(2 reps). Then I kept dropping the bar after the sumo deads. Def lost time so I only got 10 rounds + 11. And I'm ready for a challeng too :)

The magnesium supplement for sleep aid that robb wolf recommended is called Natural Calm.
Try throwing down some of that before bed and get some sleep in a dark, cool, room. Cover up all those pesky LED lights while your at it.
In fact I'm going to buy some tomorrow and give it a go myself.
