On the minute, every minute complete increasing repetitions of:
Deadlifts 225/155lbsRest 2 min
Double Unders x2
Post number of minutes completed of each exercise including partials.
Deadlifts - increasing 1 rep every minute
Once deadlifts are completed you have exactly 2 mins to rest before your Double Under time begins.
Double Unders - increasing 2 reps every minute

Yes one minute increase by one rep each time (rest) until you cant do any more..

i think there's gonna be a lot of split personalities today. Wow, that guy/girl is STRONG. Wow, that guy/girl has NO COORDINATION. Should be fun though. At least I'll have time to work on my muscle up. My goal was to do one for my birthday: last July!!

Oddly enough my mom told me last night that I need to start doing something like "yoga or ballet" to give some balance to my crossfit training. In a Yin Yang kind of way.

Well my plan today went out the window. I was hoping to get to the gym tonight for 430, then 530 then maybe 630, but the drunk guy I arrested at the end of the shift was just not going to let that happen. I ended up getting home around 7pm. So I'll be doing something in the basement. More to come.

Great job today everyone. Thought I was gonna hit 30 and 30 on each but did more like 12 DL @ 225lb and 19 on the DU. I was in the "double under zone" until the 18th minute when my arms literally just stopped working. I felt like the rope was making revolutions at the approx rate of the ferris wheel on the board walk in Ocean City.
Math nerds- your total DUs can be calculated by doing the summation of 2n where n=1 to the number of rounds completed. A bigger nerd than me (Nick) can tell you how to do that summation.
That was 380 DUs, didn't feel good and will feel even worse tomorrow.
