You can carry the plate however you like. OHSQ's are hip below knee and burpees are chest to deck and arms overhead with full extension of the hip at the top.
We will be closed next Saturday March 27th. We will all be up at the NorthEast Sectionals for the 2010 CrossFit Games.

I also am having trouble moving around today. Figured out I did 84 DL and 300 DU yesterday. Glad today is a day off for me!!! :)
