Steve you can always do SDHP's in place of the row. I watched a guy online using them and he spanked out a 4:45 Jackie. Insane that's all Ihave to say about that.
I use the SDHP's at home when there is a rowing WOD. I hate them but it's almost the same thing.
Have a viewing for a Team Leader's father, missing tonight but will add this to the workout tomorrow morning (plus I like to see what Joe O gets first)

Snatch = 125 for 3 this was the fourth set, I could of did 5 but I was all fired up for the Baseline.

Baseline: 5:10(green band), last time i did it i got 7:38 with a green and a red
Wish I could have made it today - I have yet to do the baseline and I was hoping to try the pull ups with out a band :)
pretty annoyed i finished with the SAME TIME. 4:15. Looks like me and big joe are mr. consistency. don't we get something for that?
snatch: 35 - 55 -75
baseline: 7:20 (grn pullup band). First time I did this baseline, I think I did alright.
