Results Based Fitness
Unfortunately, not making it today like I previously hoped. All my girls are sick so heading to the doctor this morning ...Will probably do some sort of squat, push-up, sit-up WOD here at home today. Any suggestions?Be back starting on Monday ... I HATED missing this past week.
Pretty cool workout. I liked it alot. Maybe some different combos later on with the same structure. Couldn't do bodyweight on the bench cuz i have no chest so i did 115#. slipped off the pull up bar first round, only got 14. pissed.42 bench/89 pull-ups
