Did the Filthy Fifty today at CF Alexandria....wanted to die. I missed it the last couple of times it came up at OTG. By the time I hit the deadlifts, I wanted to puke, quit and pass out...all of the above...at the same time. Finished in 28:51, but felt like I could have done better if I wasn't on the verge of throwing up for the last ten minutes of the WOD. I'll see how I do next time!
Rx'd again today, yeah:) Of course Mark didn't tell me what I was doing wrong with the double unders until after I was done. But I won't hold that against him.
Wow I am so bad at double unders. They are probably my biggest weakness in these workouts. Today was only my second time working on them so my numbers were kind of pathetic.

Not great today but not horrible either. Just plan old average performance. 95lbs on the Squat Cleans and Jerk and I finished with the following.

I went a pretty slow on the Squat Cleans and Jerk, I could of pushed harder, just did not have it today. We'll see what tomorrow brings.
