In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating for a total of 3 rounds.

The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. On call of "rotate," the athlete/s must move to next station immediately for good score.

Okay Mark, it was a little harder than I thought it was going to be. And I really can't move my back now - thanks to Nick on Wed. I got a 297 today. Had to do knees to chest, can't get them to my elbows yet.

I worked though this one today. I probably could have gone harder but as usual that is after I finished. While I was going though it I thought I was going pretty hard.
Anyway I finished with 276. Initially messed up my numbers when adding and came out with 286. So I messed up and did less work, my bad.
Mark you'll have to fix that on the board.
I went down to EHT to check out the box today since I haven't seen it yet. It is totally sick and it makes me even more excited for the new dubtown box. This was my first FGB-style work out and it was very interesting. I ended up with exactly 300 as my score. K2E's were really tough and they were my weakest movement on this one. Jim and I were really blasting through this WOD today. Nice work Jim.
