Williamstown WOD: Try sitting without falling over, try raising arm to drink without shaking, try tying shoes without crying. Haven't been this sore since my first day.

I did yesterday's WOD, and finished 27:06 in what is now known as the worst half hour of my life.

My big problem is I couldn't dump the weight, and the Deads and Cleans killed my forearms. I thought I had another 4 in me, but I couldn't grip the bar any more.

I know this was Stacey's doing. My forearms would come down there and give you a little what's what, if I could only grip a pen.
