Jim - Run as many 100m sprints as you can in 4 min..

I really liked this workout!!!

18 pull ups (red band) - 31 push ups - 60 sit ups - 7.5 100m runs

I was really hoping for 8 on the runs...i was soo close too!!

then i topped off the day with a tabata row. why? i have no idea...

Thanks Nick, I'm going to spant this one out tomorrow. I missed the WOD today. This Master's program is killing, papers on top of papers.

Haha thanks Chris. Yeah you probably would have scored those numbers today. My legs were a little sore on the run cuz I did 75 OHS yesterday in 6 minutes yesterday hahaha. What time are you going tomorrow?

Really fun workout, the push ups were harder than expected coming right off of max pull ups.
Also joined Jackie for the Tabata Row at the end!
