Damn, this one looks "fun" ... I definitely want to try it another day.
I've been hoping for a workout with pull ups in it!! See you kids at 4:30 today!! Who's with me???
I can actually do this one at home. I'll wait till Chris posts his numbers to do mine though. Get some.

What's the 4 min max 100 m run. I don't get that.
Jim - Run as many 100m sprints as you can in 4 min..
23 pulls - 53 push ups- 70 sit ups - 9 100m runs

Thanks Nick, I'm going to spant this one out tomorrow. I missed the WOD today. This Master's program is killing, papers on top of papers.
Haha thanks Chris. Yeah you probably would have scored those numbers today. My legs were a little sore on the run cuz I did 75 OHS yesterday in 6 minutes yesterday hahaha. What time are you going tomorrow?
