awesome! i like the days where we get a little bit of strength work with a shorter intense metcon. have a chiro appt at 5 so i'm gonna make it to the 6:30 class.

I'm excited! I will be trying out the new 5:30 session today in EHT. Hope I'm not the only one!!!! Looks like this will be my first workout Rx'd...could take me awhile to get all those D.U.'s in!! See you guys later!

Back Squat (new PR) 185, 205, 215, 225, 245
(not quit all the way down on the last rep but I'll take it, maybe 3 inches shy).

Rx'd the WOD with 8:29

The burpees I was consistent on but as usual pretty slow. DU's not bad but I gotta work on putting them together. KB's no problem.

And lastly Mark and Justin both were egging me on to get a muscle up today. Michelle and I both tried and failed. Then she left and I tried some more with Justin. Still no go. I'll be working on them at home now that I have a better understanding of what to do.

Good job today Michelle. You'll get the DU's soon enough.

The last 2 times I did double unders my left foot hurts!!!!!! ugh... anyway 125lbs was my last back squat today and got 1! WOD was 8min something...wasn't great w/ the du's today!!!

Then there's the WOD (8:17). Can you say FIRE BREATHING Metcon? Sub DU's w 15" tire ... DU's & I have to have a chat. But the extra burn was awesome!

Love burpees & swings, no problem there.

WOD: 7:39 rx'd, take out the burpees and it would have been a great wod, oh well.
