With the holidays quickly approaching we have to remember how important it is to stay on the right path with nutrition. All of you come and give it your all and we want you to do the same at home when it comes to what you eat. Food is fuel for your body. You need to keep track of what you eat just like you keep track of your workouts. They both go hand and hand and are equally important. Feel free to talk to us and let us know if you have any questions.
I know that a lot of us eat the same things over and over again, so feel free to post any new recipes or different ways you balance out your meals!!

doctor's appt in EHT after wrk, so I'll be training in EHT tonight, yea going to the dark side!!!
My true love is Williamstown.
11:03 Rx'd ... the deadlifts were HEAVY and the HSPU's are NOT FUN. Thanks to Sean, Patti, and Kevin for pushing me through this.
I find that during Holiday times it is a good idea to switch to the Lite Beer side of things to cut back on the extra calories.
7:04 with 205# DL and on the first round had 2 abmats on the HSPU's and then Mark took one away for the second and third rounds for me to get a greater range of motion. Nice job Chris with the 225# DL. Congrats to Cliff Lee and the Phils on their first of hopefully many wins this post season.
I didn't rx this one. MOstly because I'm not yet able to do multiple HSPU yet. So I used push up handles and a bench with my butt in the air for the HSPU. And I used 185 lbs for the deads.
I finished with 8:24. I felt pretty good with it but I definitely need work on the HSPU.
Then for some twisted reason I decided to do 50 burpees since I missed yesterday. That sucked cause I was toast from the previous WOD. I finished that with 5:32, bad 1.5 min slower then my last attempt. Oh well.
Coaches, I remember a previous discussion about possibly having a nutrition seminar. After today's posting beneath the WOD, is this something that you are considering again ???
Great workout tonight...
finished 11:03 with 205lb and a green/blue band.
Thanks Nick, Sandy, Jamie and Tom for pushing me through those last few HSPUs, they are not fun and I think we should keep them out of the WOD for a while (maybe forever)
Oh, and thanks Nick for picking my legs up to the bands when I couldn't get them up, never would have finished without that
8:09 rx'd
amazing how fast the shoulders want to give out. Not as fast as I hoped but better then the last one.
It was fun working out with a new group. You can't help but to push yourself!
