Sub'd a Row for the Run.115lb ThrustersFinished 19:08.Paced myself a little too much on the row, I was trying to conserve the legs. Did better than I expected on the Thrusters.
Ok, it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be.. I had that true really really nervous CrossFit feeling all morning before I got there.finished 23:19 scaled thrusters at 50lb.

Finished 19:08.
