Don't get me wrong, Running and Burpees SUCK, BIG TIME!! But, this one is actually not that bad. Be smart with the Push Press, and pace yourself on the run and burpees and you'll be done before ya know it, honestly. 115 lbs on the push & 14:13 on the WOD and yes, even as you make that weird face, I'm happy with that.

110 push press, 14:09 on wod. I'm really liking the skills and lifts before the wods. Definitly helps.

125 push press, it was a little light. Played with the last set and did 135 no problem.

9:43 on the WOD, YAAA BURPEES!

I don't know E, 155 x 5 x 5 sounds a little much, but thanks for the kind words. 135 x 5 x 5 would be interesting, maybe I'll give it a whirl next week.

Leanna, I was trying to catch you today on the wod, but fell a little short. The third round kicked my butt.

65lbs on the push press and I think my wod was 12:19 (something like that, can't remember)

I saw the burpees for the wod and instantly thought of Paul. It was a tough one but not to bad really. I finished with 13:43. I suck at running. The burpees I was able to hit the first 15 unbroken on all three rounds. I'm still reeling from it. Great workout, I love Crossfit!
