Awesome workout in EHT yesterday. 65 pullups = can't fully extend my arms today.
2rds +30 +20 +5, (boots & BDU's)writing this early Monday morning & my shoulders are still sore... good stuff!
I never have done Cross-Fit, but your classes look hard core! Cheers ;o)
Ok...it was a blue band Saturday. Soreness crept in yesterday and is still hangin' out a bit today. Good stuff!
