I feel so much better about my Jackie time now that I know the last time I did it, I only used 35lbs! Did the 45lb Jackie yesterday, time 11:16.
Came off the rower at 4:12, which is a decent time for me. Good Luck to everyone participating!
Finally getting around to posting on here - I've enjoyed reading about everyone's pain and success.
Been feeling good after two weeks of WOD's, but really disappointed with my Jackie performance today - 14:30 with red/single on pullups. I think it was b/c Im still sooo sore from the Wed. WOD - but there are NO EXCUSES AT OTG.
Looking for big improvement Nov. 7 - BRING IT!
