My wod for the day...unload and unpack for time..plus climb 8 flights of stairs when needed..which is often ..want to do your wod

Didn't go the "heavy route" ... 65 on the OHS, 95 on both HPC & SDHP ... 4 Rds + 5 + 7 +5.

Finished off my day with a PR in pull-ups ... I'm up to 20 now.

Making a somewhat full recovery after Mark punched me in the mouth and gave me 2 bloody lips, I did 80lbs for all three movements, got 4 +1. I was pretty happy with that.

Just Kidding Mark!!!!!!!!! I'm really ok!!!!

First day back in a while. Managed 5 rounds with 95 lb OHS and 115 lb HPC and SDHP. Feels good to be back at OTG.

Well it is official OHSQ are my least favorite movement, right next to SDHP. And we had both in the WOD today. I finished 4rds + 5 with 95 lbs. Those OHSQ were so rough. Oh I hate them.

Nicke MADE me do 95 lb OHSQ's (ummm...uh, which I'm kinda glad he uh, did) and I went heavy for the HPC's and SUMO'S. 5 RDS. + 3. Sumo's were freakin hard, ended up doin one at a time towards the end.
