Finished with 7 rds +7+10+3.

I was shooting for 8 or 9 but I fell a little short. I need to work on my box jumps, making them faster and continuous. I seem to lose balance and have to get reset. And my big weakness in the hip action. SDHP's not enough hip movement. I was working on it but it just wasn't happening.

My first blog! Thanks Mark for the TP on my muscle--what was that muscle again?:-)) After reading Jim's blog I see I have the same hip movement to work on. My SDHP's were not perfect. I have to concentrate on the form. Good news is that my shins are red and scaped from keeping the bar close!! Shooting for a "promotion" soon!! Finished 4 rounds 7-10-14...even with a broken toe! Thank you Crossfit EHT! Thank you!

Did some backsquat today before my wod. Revisited annie since i missed her sweet ass last time ha 8:29. PR by 11 and a half minutes. thank god for the learning of DUs ha

Nick...I knew that!!! See I am still recovering :-) ....and just so no one gets the wrong idea ..the only weight on the SDHP was the bar...yep no weight but some day I'll get that promotion! Thanks Nick :-))
